How does ordering work?
How long do orders take?
If we have the styles you are looking for on hand, we can have orders ready within 1-2 business days. If you are looking to order a hat style or color that we are out of, we require 7-9 business days to allow for ordering from our suppliers. Any orders of 5 hats or more may be subject to longer wait times.

Once products are made, we send them your way using standard USPS shipping. Local pickup/delivery available in the Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls areas.

If you are in a rush, let us know! We may be able to get an order out the door quicker for you.

2. Customize your order — We will help you find the perfect hat color and style, then you get to pick your favorite patch designs — or design your own for just $1 more!
3. We take care of the rest — We’ll pack and ship (or deliver) your order right to you.

What if something is wrong with my order?
We strive to make high quality products, however, life happens. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 30 days at tsquared.abraham@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Inventory and More
We are frequently adding to, and updating our inventory. If you are looking for something specific but don't see it in our online gallery, let us know. We ALWAYS have more options at our markets and in our inventory than what we have posted on our website.
